- Plan and project management of the Client Content Strategy development
- Understand the Client #brands, clients, #category, competitors to understand the #strategicneeds
- Analyzing the quality of brand #content
- Create content recommendations for the needs of #E-commerce - product cards, landing pages, educational content and other types of content visible in the E-commerce channel
- Creating recommendations Content Messaging Architecture and Shopping Missions, as well as preparing content guidelines for designers.
- Preparing concise, understandable and aesthetic presentations
- Develop E-Commerce knowledge to proactively fuel recommendations
- Gather knowledge to become an expert in E-commerce environment
- Understanding #consumertravel and the modern #purchasing process (buyer behavior)
- Proactive tracking of trends in the area of E-commerce and Digital, and in particular trends in the area of Content Marketing, proposing new solutions
- Digitalnative - knowledge of what is happening in digital world in terms of trends and possibilities
- E-commerce related experience and knowledge
- Experience in digital content creation/ planning (E-commerce, websites, Social media)
- Proficiency in English,
- Knowledge of consumer decision journey, consumers’’ behavior, marketing strategies;
- Creative, strategic and innovative approach towards challenges
- Communication and presentation skills, proactivity
- UX knowledge, design skills (and asset)
