Early Years Homeroom Teacher

The International Trilingual School of Warsaw, Poland, is currently recruiting an Early Years Teacher (1-5 years old) - Early Years Academic Supervisor Deputy from October 2026
 
The main role of the Teacher is to :
 
*Teach the curriculum based on the four main fields: literacy, numeracy, science (projects), social and emotional skills
*Maintain communication with the parents of the assigned grade,
*Cooperate with the team of teachers teaching the same (common for all languages) curriculum standards in Polish and French.
 
The main role of the Academic Supervisor Deputy is to :
 
*Support the Early Years Academic Supervisor in all pastoral questions in the campus
*Lead and Supervise the Communication with Parents in the pastorla questions
*Support the Early Years Academic Supervisor in preparation and check of the school newsletters
 
Teaching:
 
*Planning lessons and sequences of lessons to meet students’ individual learning needs and to ensure students’ progression.
*Using a range of appropriate strategies for teaching and learning and classroom management.
*Used flexible groupings and structured inquiry to deliver high-quality lessons in line with our curriculum.
*Maintain a well-organized and stimulating learning environment.
*Using information about prior attainment to set expectations for students.
*Using a range of assessment and reporting methods that show student’s achievement about learning outcomes.
*Providing clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers.
*Maintain up-to-date communication aiming to engage parents in their child’s life and cooperate with them on the development of crucial life educational skills

*Planning and engaging in professional learning activities that support school and systematic priorities.
*Lead and support the structure of wellbeing and pastoral communication structure
*Taking responsibility for their professional development and using the outcomes to improve teaching and students’ learning.
*Making an active contribution to the policies and aspirations of the school.
*Ensure administration of classroom procedures is completed efficiently.
*Collaborating with members of the school community to build a team environment that supports students’ learning.

• Native English speaker
• Good command of other languages is an asset
• Experience working in a multilingual and multicurricular setting is an asset
• Early Years certification required
• Experience in leadeing pastoral and well being processes in Early Years setting
• Passionate about education for 1-5 year olds
