Our Client, multinational manufacturing company, is currently seeking EMEA Master Data Manager to join new SSC based in Lodz.

Main responsibilities on this position will include leading complex process and system cross-functional projects and initiatives. You will represents FSS in business planning activities, assign resources and tracks and communicate progress on major business initiatives including new product launches.
What is more, you will support workflow enhancements and optimization as well as supervise, lead, coach, motivate and develop the team.
While working on this position you will be responsible for supporting master data (emergency SAP/legacy) maintenance requests including materials, bill of materials, recipe master data and skep maintenance (EMEA). Your duties will also include all master data business training and customer support programs (EMEA), implementing master data archiving and deletion procedure processes for (EMEA).

We are looking for candidates with minimum 7 years of related business experience along with minimum 3 years of experience in people and project management (large, multiple or cross-functional projects). You must have a degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Engineering, Food Science or related field. APICS Certification or Project Management Certification will be considered as a great advantage. We are looking for individuals with excellent PC/software skills (Word, Excel and Notes database applications) and SAP experience. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, sensitive situations and ability to implement process improvements and work under aggressive deadlines.
