Your new company
This Canadian-based world’s leader in providing sources of intelligent information for businesses and professionals is growing since establishment in 2009, Gdynia. Due to restructuring of a Payroll team, new team member who is going to overtake responsibilities of Payroll Manager for EMEA regions is to be welcome onboard.
Your new role
You will be responsible for leading a team of payroll specialists to execute assigned responsibilities. Furthermore you will provide project management support for payroll processes and will ensure performance standards are maintained throughout the integration process and will need to build relationships with key points of contact across the processes and other functions both the Business Services . Scope of responsibilities also includes ensuring all new payroll policies, deployments and processes are effectively communicated to the beneficiaries, customers and employees and that the team is informed to effectively carry out great service in a consistent manner. Moreover motivating staff, creating a work environment that facilitates teamwork and open communication, as well as analysing processes and encourage team input to continuous process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have business degree with a minimum of three to five years' of leadership role in Payroll environment. Moreover you should have good working knowledge of multi - country payrolls within the EMEA region, tax related issues and regulatory compliance. You should have strong interpersonal and leadership skills together with proven record from successfully leading a team and ability to work efficient under time pressure with an accurate and timely delivery. Very good level of English is required. Experience working in a shared services environment and good working knowledge of SAP Financials and Workday HR would be an added advantage.
