Department Description
Supply Chain structure which is currently being dynamically developed here in Cracow. It includes Order Management, Order scheduling, Demand and Supply Planning. The department is new on one hand but it is expected to become a Center of Excellence in the global structures in the near future. Supply Chain is supporting sales process and operations on daily basis starting from forecasting through order scheduling and management, securing material availability up to shipping.

- Responsible for the repair operation in EMEA
- Manage Service Providers - outsourced repair locations
- Manage internal repair locations
- Lead the local Krakow MSI administration team
- Control, support and achieve the financial goals
- Control, support and achieve the quality goals
- Control and manage the 3rd party vendors
- Drive internal depot teams to ensure goal achievement
- Work with Service Providers and MSI depot managers to continuously improve performance and service offering to increase MSI reputation as Supplier
- Represent Repair Operations towards all relevant internal business partners, supplier and customers
- Cooperate with and support other MSI organizations in achieving strategic and tactical goals
- Support Material management and LTB planning
- Completed commercial/technical studies with a good knowledge of business economics,
- At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of operational Supply Chain business,
- Experience in the management of outsourced operations as well as working in a number focused organization,
- Management capability with organizational talent and strength to enforce decisions by taking cultural differences into consideration,
- Good communication skills with customers, suppliers and internal Stakeholders,
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills as well as strong work ethic, personal integrity and high level of professionalism,
- Ability to lead a team, self-motivation and capable of working pro-active and independently,
- Problem-solving mindset as well as an attitude to follow-through on the plan,
- Being fluent in Polish and English is absolutely essential,
- Knowledge of the German language would be considered as an advantage,
- Willingness to travel.
