Currently we are building our new international team in Warsaw for our multinational client. We are looking for a new colleague to cover EMEA region as a Talent Acquisition Partner with German and English language.
EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner with German and English

You will be responsible for the following areas:
- Talent strategy: by demonstrating knowledge of business, local marketplace and recruitment trends
- Recruitment: by covering overall recruitment processes from attracting candidates to the hiring stage, using the best methods to find the right candidate on the market
- Candidate relationship management: by building positive Candidate Experience
- Stakeholder management: by regular consulting with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other EMEA Team members
- Employer Branding: by designing and following the latest HR trends
Your Qualification for this role:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, ideally in international environment or RPO
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide variety of positions and work to tight deadlines
- Hands-on experience with effective sourcing of passive candidates
- Excellent command of written and spoken German and English is a must
- Result-oriented, with can-do attitude self-starter who can build effective partnership and relationship with key stakeholders
- Positive energy
