Customer Service Representative with Russian - technical support (m/w/d)

- Answering customer inquiries via phone, mail and chat
- Providing world-class customer service, troubleshooting and technical support
- Analyzing, isolating and resolving a variety of complex technical issues
- Targeted support for devices such as smartphones, tablets and PCs
- Fun at customer support and empathic procedure in the processing of diverse customer requests
- Russian language on at least C1 level (in written and spoken form)
- English language on at least B2 level (in written and spoken form)
- High affinity acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Routines with common PC and Internet applications (especially iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC and Mac experience)
- Goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Flexibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
