As a DevOps Expert you will:
- Build cloud base solutions in the area of financial market / fin-tech
- Support the engineering team in building & design highly fault-tolerant applications and infrastructure
- Develop automation tools to ensure our services can scale and are highly available
- Harden our infrastructure through increasing service security, redundancy and monitoring
- Continuously improve and care of the CI/CD environment
- Support and monitor server and network environments daily
- Support disaster recovery, backup, redundancy and capacity planning activities
You’re the right person for this position if:
- Min. 4 years of experience in maintaining multilayer IT systems
- Experience in the administration of banking / investment / insurance area systems
- Experience or knowledge of maintaining applications in one of the Google / Azure / AWS clouds
- Focus on continuous automation of daily tasks/operations
- Strong prioritization & troubleshooting skills
- Very good knowledge of bash, perl or python shell, supporting administrative tasks
- Strong background in Linux/Unix administration with configuration and troubleshooting
- Practical experience with automation/configuration management tools: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet
- Experience or knowledge solutions: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Hadoop, Kafka, Redis, Consul
- Knowledge of project implementation methodology: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, XP
- Very good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of English in speaking and writing
