Job description
- Works on the Overall Project Schedule and Provide status updates
- Optimizes the use of shared organizational resources across all projects
- Manages the methodologies, standards, overall risks/opportunities, metrics, and interdependencies among projects at the enterprise level
- Develops and Maintains Reporting standards across Projects
- Creates reports to track the progress of all the projects
- Monitors and Reviews Budget Report
- Maintains and Manages Project Schedule and Milestone tracking
- Develops communication Plan for the Project
- Manages communication across the project team, i.e. change in Schedule or any other Key Project Updates
- Sets goals and targets
- Collaborates closely with the Project team
- Full accurate and on time execution of standard Project Management processes
Position purpose
The primary goal of a Project Manager is to lead and direct a project in order to successfully achieve agreed goals and client satisfaction. He or she holds responsibility for some aspects of the project over its entire life from concept design to final implementation
Requirements
- Proven experience in project environment
- Project management certification/training would be an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting/Shared Service Center/Outsourcing is an advantage
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills, tenacious and assertive, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Negotiation and influencing skills, excellent client facing skills, able to build rapport quickly in a multicultural environment
- Ability to manage conflicting time demands and multiple projects simultaneously, ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders
- Fluent English is essential, other European language would be an advantage
- Motivated, reliable self-starter with a positive team attitude
