About this opportunity
You’ll join Regulatory Reporting where we work with ensuring the data sourcing in our financial, capital and part of tax regulatory reporting contains good quality data with in depth analysis of movements between periods as well Corep & Finrep reporting. The team is also involved in the development process for requirements and requirements responsible as well as participating in UAT and in-depth regulatory questions on delivered data.

The role is based in Warsaw.
Who you are
- Are dependable,
- Are willing to speak up – even when it’s difficult – and committed to empowering others.
- Previous leadership experience in terms of creating and leading large agile teams, functional leadership or people leader is required
- An interest in lean/agile leadership, with a long-term thinking, patience and a sustainability mindset is required
- A conceptual understanding of Regulatory Reporting is desired
- Living the Gemba style, ensuring you are in touch of where the value is created and through problems solving deliver on the expectations set by key stakeholders
