Przedszkole Niebieska Przystań
Niebieska Przystań is a bilingual inclusive preschool located in Warsaw-Wilanów.
We work with children aged 3–6 in small groups and create an environment where English is a natural part of everyday preschool life.
Our team includes teachers, English-speaking educators, psychologists and special education professionals. We focus on children’s development, emotional wellbeing, independence and individual needs.
We are looking for people who want to become part of the preschool community, bring their own ideas and actively contribute to everyday work with children.

Opis stanowiska
- communicating with children in English throughout the daysupporting children aged 3–6 during everyday preschool activities
- planning and conducting games, stories, songs, movement activities and creative projects in English
- preparing own ideas for engaging activities adapted to children’s age and interests
- encouraging children to use English naturally and confidently
- supporting children’s social and emotional development
- creating a safe, positive and stimulating environment
- cooperating with teachers, psychologists and special education professionals
- actively participating in preschool events, projects and celebrations
- observing children’s needs and adapting activities when necessary
- ensuring children’s safety and following safeguarding procedures
Wymagania
- fluent English, preferably at C1/C2 level or equivalent
- native speaker status is not required
- confidence in communicating naturally in English throughout the working day
- clear pronunciation
- experience in working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable
- creativity and own ideas for activities, games and projects
- ability to independently plan and conduct engaging activities
- initiative, openness and genuine involvement in preschool life
- good communication and teamwork skills
- patience, responsibility and attentiveness to children’s needs
- reliability and good organisation
- education in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, Pedagogy, Education, Psychology, Child Development or English Language Teaching will be an advantage
- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA or similar qualifications will be an advantage
Due to direct work with children, employment is conditional on completing all legally required safeguarding checks and providing the required documentation, including criminal record documents where applicable
