For our Client, an international company based in Warsaw, we are looking for Candidates to hold the position of European Security Manager.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that IT security and risk management activities are carried out in a timely and accurate manner, throughout the EMEA Region, and that security issues are resolved effectively. The EMEA Security Manager is accountable for the definition and implementation of IT Security and Information Risk management for the region. This includes performing a Regional Security Risk Assessment and defining mitigating controls

To be successful in this role, you have to have at least 10 years of experience in different areas of IT, fluent command of English and ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment. Experience in executive communication and proven track record performing security risk assessment and defining mitigation are highly desirable. Leadership experience within highly regulated environments, excellent communication skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and working in large scale projects are requested as well.
