Data Analyst
Place of work: near Poznań (25km from center of Poznan)
Responsibilities:
- big data management
- proving analytics and reports
- ad hoc analytics for Management Teams
- analyze numerical data points, work with data to assess situations and take appropriate action
- Ability to track and report system performance through various equipment performance monitoring software platforms.
- Seek for opportunities for further automation and improvement of Flow tools.
- Ability to advise, coach and effectively communicated with the new managers or new colluege on the central flow standards and processes
Requirements:
- Very good in English
- perfect Excel and analytical skills
- ability to work in the team; perfect communication skills
- willingness to work 4 days a week
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to demonstrate working well in a team environment remotely and at an advisory level
