Executive HR - researcher
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities
Sourcing candidates using different methods (Direct Search, Boolean Search etc.) – Finance & Accounting, IT, Sourcing & Procurement and Sales & Fulfillment areas
Screening candidates
Building pipeline of candidates
Creating and publishing job offers
Updating and building internal database
Creative approach – looking for new methods of sourcing
Day to day Recruitment Team duties
Requirements
Fluent English
HR Background (university/internships/work)
Recruitment work experience min. 3 months
Experience in Direct Search
University degree
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Excellent organizational skills
Very good communication skills, customer orientation, eagerness to learn & develop, very good teamwork skills
