Quality Assurance team is a diverse bunch of 60 very interesting and creative individuals. We play table football, do yoga, race bicycles and deliver awesome projects to our clients.
Your role:
Assure that the software we deliver is of the best quality, basically:
- review and analyse requirements
- constantly cooperate with analysts, developers and clients to assure high quality of software being delivered
- create and execute test scenarios
- detect, report and monitor defects
- defects management
- report on testing effort status
- lead small team of testers
We require:
Ability to do your best, in more detail:
- at least two years of testing experience (testing of enterprise class systems preferably)
- knowledge of software delivery process (agile methodologies)
- good understanding of testing methodologies
- experience in Test Cases writing
- experience in reporting test results to project leadership and client would be nice
- practical knowledge of HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps or other test management tools
- very good English (C1 level)
- very good communication skills (both oral and written communication) and ability to work in a group
- analytical skills and attention to details
- independence and proactive approach
- availability 5 days a week
- willingness to travel (usually 2-3 days every few weeks)
- prior experience in working in international teams would be an advantage
- knowledge of CRM systems would be nice (preferably Salesforce)
- ISTQB certification would be nice
