Job description
We are looking for candidate, who is ready to join OTC team. The chosen candidate will be involved in the following processes: Cash Allocation, Clearings of Customer Accounts and Supporting Offshore team in their work
Main accountabilities
- Maintain OTC CA scope as described above
- Take responsibility for delivery agreed scope of work
- Identify potential quick improvements within the processes
- Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
- Support Team Leader
Requirements
- Experience in OTC is required
- Good French skills and good English skills are required
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
