Responsibilities:
- Strong End to End understanding in R2R with well knowledge of KPIs and SLA per client requirements
- In-depth knowledge of month close journals and reconciliation of balance sheet accounting and its sub accounts
- Knowledge to handle fixed assets, Payroll accounting and income receivable reconciliations
- Knowledge in consolidated financials and assist in preparation of Cash flow- Direct & Indirect, Income statement seamless SLA Conformance.
- Should posses GAAP knowledge.
- Understand the SLA requirement and work according to meet the requirement
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Commerce/M.com/Semi Qualifies
- 1-2yrs experience withGL Accounting, Payroll and fixed assets reconciliation with understanding on basics of accounting knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Intermediate to high level of proficiency in MS-Excel
- Proficient Email Writing Skills
- End to end understanding of Record to Report vertical within F&A Domain
- Willing to work in flexible shifts
- Passport availability & travel on short notice
- Proficiency in any European languages is desirable (English/Dutch/Czech/Slovak/)
