Finance and Accounting Process Specialist Dutch Speaker

What do you need to start?
- Around 1 year of experience in the Finance and Accounting area
- Very good command of English and Dutch (min. C1)
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Proper time management and setting priorities, work in a changing environment
- Experience at work in a multicultural environment, work both as a team member and independently
- Very good analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
What duties will help you grow?
- Researching root cause of deductions and disputes and recommending/supporting permanent resolution of similar exceptions by type, customer, business unit etc. – based on the findings collecting the proofs of dispute validity and initiating resolving actions as appropriate
- Coding and clearing deductions,
- Researching low complexity disputes and deductions for validity and if deduction is invalid, providing proof to support collection efforts
- Proposing credits for valid queries
- Reconciling accounts and escalating problem accounts
