The successful candidate will ensure correct and timely processing of all Accounts Receivable activities in line with internal accounting instructions and Finance policies.
Job Description
- Auditing of Ticket and Cargo Sales Reports
- Reconciliation with Cash and Credit Card Collection
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Monitoring customer account details
- Handling Credit Card charge backs
- Ticket & Airwaybill Stock maintenance and reconciliation.
- Commercial apprenticeship
- Experience with Oracle Financials or any other accounting system
- Airline Ticketing experience advantageous
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) in English
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent organizational abilities, analytical and with results-orientated approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Team player
- Good problem solving skills
