Finance & Audit Analyst

Key responsibilities:
- Support the successful management of new and existing IT Contracts in the eProcurement system though effective tracking and monitoring.
- Procurement support for EMEA Business Technology Teams
- Maintain existing contracts, procurement & financial documentation on a regular basis to ensure relevant current and historical information and documentation can be retrieved easily.
- Support the Audit & Finance Manager in preparation of the monthly financial reports for the Business Technology Team and the Business.
- Support the Audit & Finance Manager in preparation of the IT Budget and regular forecasting.
- Prepare Application User Audits in accordance with existing audit procedures and schedules
- Provide ad hoc support to Bus Technology Team when required – PTO Coordinator, occasional travel / meeting arrangements
Requirements:
- Fluent English (C1);
- Customer service experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in using computer applications (MS Office. Excel is a must, MS Sharepoint desirable);
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Self motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines;
- Teamwork skills;
- Experience of working in a Finance team would be an asset;
- Work in the international / outsourcing company environment ideally finance or budgeting will be an asset;
- Spotless record and strong ethos.
