Finance Controller / Bid Manager

For our Client, energy company based in Warsaw, we are currently looking for experienced candidates on the position of Finance Controller / Bid Manager, based in Warsaw. Our client offers attractive salary range: 20.000 – 25.000 PLN gross monthly, depending on experience.

Your typical tasks will include: internal reporting (budget, liquidity management, income statement), support in developing and adapting a financial model for negotiations with pension funds and other potential owners of projects.

We are looking for a Candidate with expert Excel modeling skills (including Macros/Visual Basic), expert written Presentation skills (PowerPoint, Word), excellent English and Polish language skills, transaction experience (preferably also from negotiations), experience with structured finance models (Mechanics: models that include non-recourse project finance facilities with water-falls, mezzanine funding and/or bonds, Debt Service Coverage Ratio, dividend distribution etc, with models being able to calculate returns to various equity holders entering and exiting at different points in time), ready to travel from time to time (within Poland as well as internationally). Corporate Finance background from Investment Bank (or working with I-banks from client side) would be an asset, but is not essential.
