For our Client, fast-growing international production company, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of Finance Controller.

You will be a financial business partner to the General Manager and EMEA Controller, providing support in controlling area: budgeting, forecasting, cost calculations and optimizations, controlling procedures and policies, cash flow, P&L as well as in helping to assess risk and analyze efficiency. In the area of your responsibilities will be also reviewing results, reducing inventory and maximizing working capital. You will develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and report in accordance with US GAAP and SOX.

To be successful in this position you should possess master degree in Accounting or Controlling, at least 5 years of relevant experience in the multicultural environment. Fluency in English is a must. Previous manufacturing experience is highly desirable as well as detailed understanding of manufacturing business. Candidate should demonstrate hands-on management capacity, precision and excellent communication skills.
