For our Client, extremely competitive, fast moving FMCG company based in Warsaw, we are currently looking for candidates on the position of Finance Manager.

As successful Candidate you will deliver high quality performance in fast-paced environment of commercial finance, lead 1 financial analyst, provide strong business partnering for Commercial Controller, KAMs, Management Team, be a key person at the decision table, be promoted within 2 years in company’s structure to more senior / another finance role.

Your typical tasks would include: business partnering for commercial teams, driving business decisions with financial insights, prepare timely and accurate plans and forecasts, support and challenge commercial teams in analyzing and implementing business decisions with focus on growth and margin improvement opportunities, play key role in driving actions for enhancing margins, lead projects and be responsible for full delivery of the results, build and maintain positive and proactive interaction with business leaders, ownership and full understanding of all dimensions of the P&L, deliver smooth month-end close and on time in full reporting, ensure full compliance with IFRS and company policies.

An ideal Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Controlling (extremely competitive FMCG) with focus on business partnering, exceptional business acumen and financial knowledge, commercial understanding, customer and market knowledge, ability to challenge and support commercial teams, dynamic problem solver, excellent communicator able to operate in fast changing environment, highly proactive, assertive, excellent analytical and financial modelling skills with strong attention to details, excellent MS Excel and Access user with fluent command of English.
