For our Client, an international organization based in Poznan, we are currently looking for experienced Candidates for the position of Financial Analyst/AR Accountant with English.
Duties: supporting the Client Finance Team, with responsibilities primarily in work in process (WIP) and Accounts Receivables (AR) management including billing, collections, and pricing analytics; implementing new procedures and streamlining existing procedures as necessary, as well as ensuring compliance with established revenue recognition policies and monitoring and managing credit holds in accordance with Firm’s credit hold harvesting policy.
As a ideal candidate, you should have university degree, preferably in Finance and Accounting and at least 3 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting with knowledge of project accounting and accounts receivable. Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1 - CEFR* or equivalent) are a must. The ideal candidate should be characterized by excellent analytic thinking, problem structuring and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, strong process focus and drive for results, ability to work and stay focused under pressure.
