Financial Analyst

Responsibilites
- Create and produce on monthly basis reporting and analysis to provide business insight to senior management on financial and business operations
- Develop and maintain reports in Cognos and other tools
- Drive continuous improvements in processes and tools to improve efficiencies in reporting capabilities
- Provide in depth analysis on key drivers and trends, collaborating with other stakeholders as needed
- Assist with various ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- Mathematical and/or Financial education
- 4+ years experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Data analysis experience (work experience with huge, massive amount of data)
- Financial Modeling experience
- Expert Excel (VBA level) and PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated analytical and systems skills, and self-driven desire to investigate operational issues to identify improvements
- Experience with planning systems, preferably Cognos by IBM
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Advanced English (speaking and writing)
- International financial/accounting certificates are a strong plus (CIMA, CFA, ACCA)
- experience in working with Oracle E - Business Suit would be an asset
