Responsibilities:
- Ensure Fiscal year goal reconciliation
- Prepare and collate data analysis for reporting
- Perform daily Email Alerts to external team about goaling issues and take follow up action to business partners
- Assist with any Ad hoc projects and reporting
- Identifies and drives process improvements across multiple organizations to support process efficiencies and sales compensation decision making
- Responsible for achieving the Goaling Operation of the theater in a timely, accurate, effective and efficient manner
- Assist with day to day goaling related operations
- Goal sheet auditing and weekly/monthly data reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree ( economy, banking, finance, accounting etc.)
- Excelent oral and written communication skills in English min C1
- Great interpersonal skills
- Experienced in Power Point and Word
- Strong Excel skills
- Extreme attention in details it's must
- Team player
- Ability to work under time pressure
