For our client, an international company which develops its Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, we are looking for a Financial Analyst.
Financial Analyst will be responsible for the preparation of the financial occupancy costs and rolling capital plan slides for the Performance Management MIS reports, supporting the U.S. teams with space allocation updates and building rate calculations for occupancy costs at a Global level. The successful Candidate will also liaison with Tier 1 Service Partners with regards to actual spend against baseline and validation of declared saves achievement; he/she will also prepare and issue occupancy cost bridging papers for Business Units to evidence the impact of capital plan, change requests and T1P saves on the overall occupancy plan.
We expect an ideal Candidate to have: wide experience in financial analysis, planning & project management; sound experience and knowledge gained in Financial Services/ Real Estate industry; excellent communication skills (English and Polish; other European languages are an asset); university degree with a major in finance, business or accounting; knowledge of any ERP system (SAP, PeopleSoft, Navision) is an asset; strong Excel skills are a must.
