Financial Analyst
Location: Świdnica

Main tasks:
- compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions for month end close,
- reconciles Inventory sub-ledger to general ledger accounts,
- prepares reports and analyses for month and quarter end close,
- assist in preparation of the budget (yearly), forecasts (monthly) and report variances,
- prepares weekly real time reports,
- cost control,
- maintain and monitors fixed assets system and fixed asset general ledger accounts,
- maintain and monitors project accounting and project accounting general ledger accounts,
- fixed assets testing for Sarbanes Oxley,
- capital expenditure forecasting and reporting,
- prepares Cash Forecasts and variance analyses,
- reviews and maintains inventory reports and costing rates for valuing inventory,
- develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls,
- handles special projects and requests.
Requirements:
- two years related experience and/or training,
- knowledge in financial analyze and in management accounting,
- analitycal skills,
- ability to work in a team and good self-organization,
- goal-orientated, ability to work under time pressure,
- good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel,
- very good oral and written English skills,
- preferable knowledge: VBA, Oracle R12.
