Requirements:
- 4-6 years' experience in FP&A positions in the manufacturing industry, experience in the electronic or semiconductor industry will be an asset
- Financial planning and production cost modeling experience
- IT affinity: good command of MS Office Tools (esp. MS Excel) and experience with BI/ Data Warehouses required
- Fluent English skills necessary: additionally Mandarin would be an advantage, but not hard requirement
- Business related degree
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performance review process with regard to the site Wroclaw including reporting, analysis and follow up of actions
- Financial planning: budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Support departments' KPI setup and drive cost behavior to achieve target
- Running financial and non-financial improvement projects
- Close aligment with the Financial Controller of the site Wroclaw in solving operational and financial issues if needed
- Business Partner role (scorekeeping, advising, challenging) to the Site Wroclaw General Manager and the VP Finance EMEA AFG/ USI
- General supervision over the capital investment (Capex) process: tracking, business case preparation, communication and alignment
- Ad hoc site project support
