Our Client is an international leader in energy sector, rapidly growing on the Polish market. In order to strengthen its Controlling Department, we are looking for experienced, ambitious candidates to take-up newly created position of Financial Controller (Kontroler Finansowy). The successful candidate will be responsible for the accounting and controlling activities including internal controls and report directly to the Finance Director.
- Take active part in all financial planning including budgeting and forecasting process
- Provide transparent information and reliable financial data for management team for strategic decision making and control
- Analyze and consolidate financial records and prepare reports according to organizational goals
- Manage cost and efficiency optimization process
- Critically appraise financials against internal and external information and make recommendations for investment, resource allocation
- Comply with the reporting definitions, internal and external control requirements
- A qualified professional with at least 2 - 3 years of experience on a similar position in financial controlling
- Proves success record in arranging and optimizing finances at previous employers
- Strong intellect combined with good strategic and analytical skills
- Result - oriented and self-driven individual with a potential to develop management and leadership skills
- Profound knowledge of accounting and reporting international standards
- Very good understanding of systems applications
- Fluent command of English is a must
- Higher education in field of Finance & Accounting or corresponding
- ACCA/CIMA certificate will be an added value
