Financial Controller
Place of work: Wrocław
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing forecasts, budgets and financial plans
- Business performance follow-up, explaining deviations vs budget
- Preparing vintages profitability analysis
- Providing reliable financial information for executive decisions
- Making internal and public financial reports for the Board
- Analyzing periodic reports on financial condition of the Bank and management accounting by product
- Verifying the compliance of managing accounting with corporate standards (within a group)
- Controlling cash flow, expenditure and investment (for minimizing risk)
- Reparing financial statements
- Managing internal procedures regarding accounting and finance
- Contributing to the standards and influencing the development of the company financial system
We expect the following from the candidates:
- University Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Economics
- 3-5 year experience in accounting, budgeting, financial analysis related positions
- Excellent knowledge of controlling and managing accounting
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and fiscal law
- Good knowledge of car finance business
- Very good command of English
- Proactive, meticulous and consistent approach
- Ability to work in a multinational environment, strong management and team building skills, result orientation, self-starter, attention to procedures
- Expert knowledge of controlling procedures, especially cost control efficiency in international bank company
