Financial Reporting Analyst - Portfolio Management
Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Take on the responsibility for client’s portfolio analyses and document preparation/reporting
- Play a leading role in a profound assistance with Financial Reporting around Corporate Client’s Real Estate
- Support in planning exercises and real estate strategy development
- Build strong relationships and support the client side real estate / finance teams with regular reporting and dealing with any ad-hoc queries / information requests
- Provide expertise for internal and external clients with analyses focused on real estate, accounting and finance
- Collection, validation and verification of data while conducting qualitative analyses
Requirements:
- Fluent English. Any second foreign language would be an advantage
- Financial and accounting acumen, being in the process of ACCA / CFA certification or equivalent would be an asset, additionally knowledge of IFRS 16 topics wold be an asset
- Bachelor’s/M.A. degree in Finance/Accounting or Economics
- At least 2 years of work experience within finance and accounting area
- Very good knowledge of MS Office with a special focus on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, elements of VBA would be an asset
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Analytical mind, accuracy and can-do attitude
- Creative and pragmatic mind-set
