Our client is a prestigious banking and financial services corporation focused on helping clients manage their financial assets. Their Global Delivery Centre in Wrocław is constantly growing, which is why we're looking to recruit a Financial Systems Specialist.
It's an exciting opportunity to join a team who support clients using the company's online tool (investment system). The Financial Systems Specialist will gain thorough knowledge about the product and then own the process of investigating and resolving complex issues in the system and identify its gaps. You will liaise with high net-worth individuals on the problems that they have encountered whilst using the system. You will be supported by Knowledge Analysts and an R&D technical team to improve overall design of the system. You will be also responsible for publishing documentation, knowledge based articles, guidelines and manuals for clients.
If you have experience and knowledge about fund accounting paired with an analytical mindset, this will be an excellent opportunity for you.
The company offer a full training on all technical aspects of the tool as well as a several week business trip to the USA.
