For our Client, an investments company, which provides investment management, investment services and wealth management that help institutions and individuals succeed in markets all over the world, we are looking for Fund Accounting Process Supervisor.
As a Process Supervisor you will be responsible for the teams timely and accurate completion of all client funds’ net asset values (NAVs), supervising the quality of their work whilst ensuring all company’s standard procedures and controls are complied with.
Your key responsibilities will include: providing fund accounting/administration services, timely payment of fund expenses, communicating new procedures on a fund to all relevant staff, ensuring fund Administrators maintain daily/monthly files in a manner suitable for future review by the fund and internal auditors, acting as the primary dedicated contact for all contacts at a client's offices on operational and client servicing issues, keeping line management informed of client issues and their progress and highlighting to management any client concerns/complaints as a matter of urgency, ensuring your team are fully trained on the accounting systems and on our standard and client-specific procedures and controls and for alerting line management of specific training needs and many more.
To be successful in that role you should have at least 2 years work experience in the funds or similar industry and have a Masters or degree level in Finance or similar, professional field. You should also be able to work independently and as a part of a team, so strong communication skills and fluency in English is a must.
