For our Client, international company located in Wrocław, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Fund Accounting Supervisor and Assistant Manager .
The Supervisor is responsible for regulatory reporting to the Central Bank of Ireland, monitoring fund's compliance with the fund's industry legal and regulatory framework and fund specific investment guidelines and credit rating agency reporting to Moody's, Fitch & S&P. Supervisor manages the work of 4-5 person team and reports to Assistant Manager.
The Assistant Manager has direct responsibility for ensuring that the net asset values (NAVs) of the fund are calculated accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with company's standard procedures. He/ she is responsible for the scheduling of operational flows, that the necessary controls are in place and adhered to in order to provide accurate and timely fund accounting/ administration services to clients, investment managers, transfer agent, stock exchanges etc. Assistant Manager is responsible for 10-15 person team and reports directly to Manager.
To be successful on any of those positions you should have Masters degree in business related discipline, a min. of 2 - 4 years of experience in fund accounting/ analysis/ investment banking, team management experience is also desirable. Fluency in English is essential. Ideal candidate for this position should be self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team and have good communication and organisational skills.
