For our Client, an American investment company based in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of FUND TAX ADMINISTRATOR.
FUND TAX ADMINISTRATOR will provide administrative support for European Fund Tax team including: tracking of deadlines, invoice processing, cost reporting, filing of documentation, administration of subscriptions and data accesses, business continuity etc. He/she will also act as a point of contact for external advisors with regards to contracts, engagement letters and invoices, support members of the Fund Tax team in completing regular tax compliance tasks, coordinating projects and deliverables, and assist the Fund Tax Director and Fund Tax Managers with compiling management reporting.
We are looking for candidates with minimum 2 years of secretarial/administrative experience, gained ideally in a tax or legal firm or in the financial services industry. Fluent English (written & spoken) is mandatory, as well as very good knowledge of business desktop applications i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
