General Ledger Associate / Accountant

Our Client is an innovative IT company providing enterprise software solutions. We are currently looking for dynamic and knowledgeable candidates to join finance department of their new Center of Excellence in Krakow.

You will be given the opportunity to develop within one of the finance teams, such as Revenue, Treasury or General Ledger. We are open for both junior and more experienced candidates, since suitable role will be offered to you according to your experience and knowledge. Working on these positions you will be responsible for performing balance sheet reconciliation, ensuring accurate recording of revenue, expenses or cash flow monitoring. Among your duties will be also understanding and ensuring SLA requirements, meeting monthly close deadlines and learning end-to-end process.

We are looking for candidates with degree in Finance & Accounting (Masters degree preferred) and/or minimum several months of solid professional experience in accounting - general ledger/treasury/revenue area, preferably in BPO/SSC environment. Fluent English skills are absolute must, knowledge of other European language is a plus. You need to have excellent analytical skills and attention to details, accompanied by traits such as maturity, self-motivation, strong work organization and responsibility. Ideal candidate is also an advanced user of MS Office (Word and Excel).
