Business Process Manager (Procurement and supply chain leader) with German (Process and supply chain delivery)
Location: Warsaw, Poland
What will be You responsibilities?
- Supervision of the process of delivery, sourcing strategy planning and creation for EMEA regions
- close cooperation with the suppliers, other internal units, negotiations
- being responsible for process and cost optimization
- phone and e-mail support for the foreign languages speaking global business units - in English, German
- managing orders, respond to queries,
- administration, O2C, process management, invoicing, reporting
- cooperating with different international business departments
- high quality customer assistance
Requirements:
- Fluent or Native level of German language (Min. C1/C2) WITH English (min. B2)
- Min. 2 year experience on a leadership role and managing the team/project management in the international corporative environment, in marketing area
- Min. 4 years experience in procurement/ purchasing /sourcing and related
- Task-oriented attitude
- Knowledge/experience in SAP will be an asset
- Very good communication and organisation skills
- Proactive attitude, team spirit!
- Wills to work in a multicultural global environment and experience in dynamic international environment will be a strong asset!
- Availability to incorporate immediately or from July/August/September
