Responsible for addressing a variety of inquires or requests for services for customers, IP personnel or Business Partners that are the result of an inbound and outbound correspondence

Services include, but not limited to: processing purchase orders, orders changes, adjustments, and cancellations and general inquiry support

Coordinate with Customer facing team, Customer Administrators and related departments to communicate and resolve exceptions in an expedient manner
