GL Accountant with French (B1 level sufficient)

For our Client – worldwide known brand based in Cracow, we are currently looking for experienced finance specialists on the position of (Senior) General Ledger Accountant with French.

GL Accountant will complete general ledger processes including accrual and GL accounting, intercompany reconciliation as well as participate in month-end closing duties. Moreover, depending on the team you will join, you may be responsible for cash and liquidity management as well as performing Vat, Withholding Tax or Intrastat process. The successful Candidate will take part in process improvement initiatives as well as provide support for auditors.

Ideal Candidate should demonstrate at least 1,5 year of experience in a Finance and Accounting environment (GL/RtR area), as well as excellent communication skills. Very good knowledge of English and knowledge of French (at least B1 level) is a must. Knowledge of Excel and economic educational background is highly desirable. A strong customer focus, problem solving skills and understanding of the end to end general ledger processes are essential to be successful on this position.
