For our Client, international Shared Service Center, we are currently seeking GL/ R2R Manager.
 
Your primary responsibilities will include among others management responsibility for a general ledger team, ensure control procedures, accounting deadlines, account reconciliations are followed and completed, understand and monitor SLAs and KPIs, resolve and escalate customer queries/ complaints, participate in recruiting of staff for assigned teams.

The ideal candidate should hold university degree in finance and accounting as well as solid relevant working experience – at least 5 years including supervising roles. We also expect from candidates a proven knowledge of finance and accounting processes ideally supported by professional certifications. Moreover fluent English, international experience, strong service orientation and excellent leadership skills to motivate and lead a team are a must.
