For our client, one of the leading companies in the medical industry and to their newly established Shared Service Centre in Wrocław we are looking for an Accounts-to-Report Team Leader with Spanish or English.
You will be responsible for ensuring correct and daily execution of your key responsibilities in the Financial Shared Service Center and be a functional expert for the A2R area. You will be a proper people-manager, responsible for the set-up and running the A2R team, resolving complex issues, setting goals, coaching and developing action plans of your employees etc. You will also support the team in operational work such as: preparing manual or automatic GL postings, reconciling of balance sheet and general ledger accounts, determining accruals and prepayments at month end close, maintaining fixed assets and performing regular bank reconciliations.
We expect an ideal Candidate to have experience in people management or any leadership area as well as sound experience in accountancy, especially A2R - in a SSC/BPO environment. You are fluent in Spanish OR English. You also have profound knowledge in the use of SAP FI and excellent understanding and experience with VAT processing.
