Your new company
Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Global Category Manager - MARKETING. Our Client is the international company, the leader in its sector. This position is located in Warsaw.

Your new role
Global Strategic Buyer will deliver procurement-based competitive advantages globally across the company for dedicated category (Marketing) by managing a world-class supplier network. This mission will be accomplished through the following: development, agreement and implementation of category strategies and value delivery plans for the category globally. The scope of the duties will also include developing category strategies to optimize spend globally as well as sourcing and managing appropriate key players and solutions for category management.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate have very good knowledge of supplier market in the European region for indirect purchasing categories in Marketing and have the knowledge of Global Sourcing processes and legal contract negotiations. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and a few years of hands on related experience in purchasing, procurement in indirect categories such as Media or Marketing are required. Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate across all management and organizational levels as well as ability to deliver results and think strategically are required. Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must while fluent German will be a valuable advantage.
