For our Management Companies Controlling team, we are looking for a motivated and well-organized Global Contract Administrator. Responsible for the roll out of Hitachi Energy internal agreements between different legal entities globally. Collaborating with global Functions and local stakeholders to ensure compliance of our standard contracts. Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.

Your responsibilities

Lead the provision of internal contract management services for Hitachi Energy’s Management Companies and CSS Centers globally, ensuring all contract management activities are executed in accordance with the relevant directives and instructions
Interact with experts from the legal and tax department to ensure compliance of our standard contracts and support the resolution of contractual disputes
Preparation of draft agreements, alignment with global stakeholders and roll-out of final contracts
Conduct a regular review and risk assessment of standard contracts with relevant Functions
Maintain a global contract database for global internal agreements and provide ad hoc training to new users

Your background

Minimum +2 years of experience in a complex work environment with global stakeholders
Work experience as paralegal/legal assistance is an advantage
Very good organization and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and focus on details
Good communication skills and ability to interact with process stakeholders at various levels.
Fluent in English
Strong MS Office skills
Experience with DocuSign is an advantage
