Global IT Purchase Desk Specialist

Job Specifications:
- Review and process hardware & software requests in a timely manner to meet service level agreements, controls and compliance as well as audit requirements;
- Reach out to vendors for quotes, place orders in systems (NPS, Ariba, SAP, others) to order hardware, software and services, confirm goods were shipped to correct locations, perform GRs (goods receipts)
- Monitor IT Procurement mailbox and address requests, questions and issues that are in scope of IT Purchase Desk
Candidate's Qualifications and Skills:
- Complete fluency in English is essential (written, verbal);
- Previous experience in IT Orders
- Attention to details; accuracy and precision with swiftness and promptitude;
- Excellent organizational skills; results-orientation mindset with a sense of urgency;
- Able to interact well with others and possess a clear understanding of customer service and support;
- Prior experience in IT field is not required.
