Global Logistic Administrator

Requirements:
- Experience with use of different IT systems (ERP, TMS or similar)
- Experience from export company and/or freight forwarding industry – preferably within international business and accounting
- English - spoken and written
- MS office user skills
- Being encouraged by working in standardized processes and systems
- Enjoying administration
- Numerical and analytical personality
- Good communicative skills
Responsibilities:
- Support the unit and deliver service to mainly internal customers
- Contribute for securing that the unit meets short to mid term goals and customer expectations
- Actively work with operational interfaces, communicate and coordinate
- Support the daily use of the TMS and optimize the use of the TMS for the benefit of the business
- Support the daily use of the TMS within one or more central support areas (mainly within freight audit and reporting)
- Support in optimizing the use of TMS
- Support problem solving, improvement and development activities
- Secure Standardized work & SOP
- Participate in Production Control System/ Lean Six Sigma/ 5S and other Operations initiatives in the unit
- Secure that Supply chain processes within the unit are followed and maintained
