Scope of responsibilities:
- Independently performs data verification and/or entry to set up vendors and employees accounts in the system in accordance to SOX requirements, Avon policies and procedures & SLAs
- Actively assists in migration of new markets to Global Shared Services
- Works closely with other teams to solve master data maintenance related queries
- Identifies process gaps and actively supports Senior Specialist in searching for process improvements
- Builds positive working relationships with clients and coworkers on local / regional / global level
- Actively supports process audits, both internal and external
