Global Tender Manager (M/K)

To manage the global opportunities and to grow CEVA's network covering the service portfolio. To work closely with the Regional Global Tender Management Teams, Product and Business Development and the Analysts.

• Manages global opportunities with the usage of CEVA’s pricing tool.
• Works collaboratively with the business teams on the strategic response for the respective tenders.
• Ensures that business decisions are made according to existing business controls and that all regulatory requirements are met and followed.
• Works closely with business leaders in establishing pricing priorities.
• Works in collaboration with the Data Management Team to complete the tender and monitors provision of the missing lane pairs.
• Responsible for the RFQ quality check and conducts the review with the respective business partners.
• Ensures that set margins are followed and that pricing activities requiring product and senior management approval (regional and/or global) are properly coordinated with the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Fluent in English, additional knowledge of other languages are beneficial.
• Presentation and cross-functional communication skills
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel advanced).
• Excellent transport, forwarding and logistics skills (air and ocean).
• Ability to distance him/herself from current operational reality and to envision a future situation.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels.
• Ability to integrate pricing tactics and drive process improvements.
