- Ensuring that process of CAPEX budgeting/forecasting/reporting follows Medicover Group rules.
- Keeping procedures and policies up to date in order to reflect Group CAPEX reporting needs and assuring that adequate knowledge in local markets is maintained
- Delivering plan within agreed cycles and deadlines.
- Checking data completeness in terms of budgeted/forecasted information and the coherence vs budget guidelines.
- Supporting Group and Divisional Finance Directors with routine and ad-hoc CAPEX reconciliations.
- Preparing regular updates/reports for the Board.
- Monitoring every month actuals vs budget and providing analyses on most significant gaps.
- Proposing and implementing improvements to strengthen compliance and economic analysis of rules and processes in CAPEX management, including systems’ development.
- Preparing business cases analyses with judgments and recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form working relationships.
- Open-minded, pro-active self-starter, with ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance.
- 10 years of experience in Finance (preferably in Group Finance and/or in multinational, well-structured organization); of which 5 years on the similar position.
- Command of English on a very good level – min. B2+.
- ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification will be an asset.
- Good technical / conceptual understanding of Finance & Finance-IT systems.
- Very good analytical skills, decision-making and ability to summarize.
