Grand Architect will be responsible for creating vision of Architecture for cloud base VOD/OTT end to end solution. Vision should cover eco system of API based Ingestion, CMS, Backend solution, and WEB and Mobile clients. Person on this role will be responsible for improving complex multi components and multi teams development process sticking to release trains concept - covering parallel project and architecture improvement needs.
This person will be acting as a communication bridge between Business, Product Owners and Xstream Architects. He/She will coordinate work of Architects and participate in all planning/brainstorming meeting on Xstream side. Early involvement in architectural planning meetings and solutions will be crucial part of daily duties.
- Proven ability to architect enterprise-scale systems from conceptual down to detailed system/software design
- Prior experience as technical lead or development lead (5-8 years)
- Knowledge design patterns and distributed algorithms
- knowledge More than three programming languages
- UML,BPMN, ERD fluency
- Board technology expertise (SOA, Cloud, NOSQL databases)
- Queue (RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, Gearman, AMQP)
- Big data processing: Kafka, Hadoop, Flume, Spark, Storm
- Knowledge of the concepts in the data mining
- PHP, Java, Zend expertise
- Very good undestanding of the entire LEMP ecosystem
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- DRM systems, PlayReady, Widevine
- Streaming technologies expertise
